Dosage Forms
This page covers three questions: which forms and sizes ABL makes, which need evaluation first, and the minimum order per formula.
Fill amounts are not comparable across forms: capsules and tablets are specified in mg, softgels in minims, gummies and powders in g.
All drawings use the same millimeter scale.
Two-piece hard shells filled with powder or granules; a common format for supplement formulas dosed by weight.
Total fill per serving, including actives and excipients.

Based on a 0.68 mL capsule volume × fill density of 0.5–0.8 g/mL: about 340–544 mg per capsule. Final fill is confirmed at sampling.
The figures above are for planning. The following are finalized only after a sample of your formula is made:
Formats we fill and pack in-house. Include the count per pack and closure type in your product brief.
Counted capsules and tablets in bottles, with desiccant, cotton, induction seal, labels and shrink sleeves
Aluminium-plastic blisters for capsules, 10 or 15 per card
Stick packs and sachets for powders and granules: back-seal and 3/4-side seal, forming sets for nine film widths from 66 to 203 mm, bag length 40–120 mm; other sizes per project
Other packaging: just ask.
Tell us the form, dose per serving and first-order quantity. Not sure yet? That’s fine.
